It was the perfect June day for the wedding of Mr & Mrs Castro at The Grand Ballroom at Joliet Union Station. All May & June it rained every weekend ( I think their wedding day was the only saturday in June without rain ) and we were almost just expecting the rain. Somehow these two hit the jackpot and it was sunny with a beautiful breeze that complemented the flow of Fatima’s veil throughout the day. As if this stunning couple didn’t already look like a million dollars, this Joliet wedding venue was the perfect place to complete their look. I met Fatima at Wedding event and we later connected when I asked her and Andy to model for a styled shoot I was a part of. It was from there that I had the pleasure of getting to know them as a couple and later I became thier wedding photographer. It was an honor & a dream to be asked.
