Elena and Dustin’s engagement session took place at Beacon Harbor Parkway in East Moline, Illinois. I love keeping every engagement and wedding session unique in at least one way if not more and I had never done a session at this location. I loved that it was located along the Mississippi River and that it had this cool harbor building for us to enjoy. The sunset provided us with a great backdrop. Elena and I met in high school and she has always been such a big supporter of my work. I love when my clients follow my work and then come straight to me when they get engaged. I’m so flattered! Elena and Dustin are getting married in Rock Island, Illinois in October 2014. They are very creative and are making almost everything for the wedding by hand. I cannot wait to photograph all the wonderful details they have been gushing about.
